Serious Incident Response Team Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Serious Incident Response Team Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Richard Deveau as Director of
the Serious Incident Response Team, for a five-year term, effective
September 9, 2026, with salary at Step 9 on Level V of the Solicitor Pay Plan.
