Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $468,730 in
2027-28; $482,792 in 2028-29; $497,276 in 2029-30; and $512,194 in 2030-31,
excluding HST, to facilitate award of a five-year contract to 460 Tech LLC to provide
audio and visual technology.
