Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased for the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to sell 0.516
hectares of surplus land at the Torbay Bypass area to the Town of Torbay for nominal
consideration of $1.00, subject to terms and conditions prescribed by the Minister.
