Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the following departments to pre-commit

funds against their respective budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of five

contracts with Canadian Helicopters Limited for the provision of helicopter services:

a) the Department of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands to pre-commit up to

$3,872,867.02 in 2027-28, $3,965,815.83 in 2028-29, and $663,561.34 in 2029-30,

excluding HST;

b) the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit up to

$1,304,363.22 in 2027-28, $1,335,667.94 in 2028-29, and $223,484.31 in 2029-30,

excluding HST;

c) the Department of Environment, Conservation and Climate Change to pre-commit

up to $189,621.09 in 2027-28, $194,171.99 in 2028-29, and $32,488.91 in 2029-

30, excluding HST;

d) the Department of Energy and Mines to pre-commit up to $367,749.98 in 2027-28,

$376,575.98 in 2028-29, and $63,008.79 in 2029-30, excluding HST; and

e) the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit up to $ 11,492.19

in 2027-28, $11,768.00 in 2028-29, and $1,969.02 in 2029-30, excluding HST.
