Under the authority of paragraph 22(2)(c) of the Memorial University Act,

sections 10 and 11 of the College Act, 1996, and in accordance with sections 4

and 5 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Nina Rumbolt-Pye as joint

representative to the the Board of Regents of the Memorial University of

Newfoundland and to the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic,

for a three-year term, effective from a current date.
