Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts, excluding HST, against its

budgetary appropriations: $175,438.87 in fiscal year 2026-27, $266,380.65 in fiscal

year 2027-28, and $90,941.78 in fiscal year 2028-29, to facilitate the extension of a

lease agreement with Cyril Babb Limited for 11,607 square feet of operational space

at 33 Harvey Street, Harbour Grace.
