Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation

and Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts, excluding HST, against

its budgetary appropriations: $177,400 in 2027-28, $177,400 in 2028-29 and

$88,700 in 2029-30, to facilitate the renewal of Lease No. ACBC13003 with

Noton Enterprises Limited for 18,253 square feet of operational space at 115-119

Riverside Drive, Corner Brook.
