Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor

in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands

to issue a Crown lands grant for approximately 50 hectares of Crown lands as

defined in application #164050, to NordSpace Atlantic Corporation, for the

purpose of developing a spaceport complex, subject to the terms and conditions

applicable to such grants.
