Under the authority section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint

Craig Foley as Deputy Minister of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and

Recreation, effective September 28, 2026, with salary at Step 20 of the 2320

point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions

and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and in accordance

with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
