Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act and section 3 of the

Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is

pleased for the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to:

a) dispose of a parcel of expropriated land adjacent to Route 61 in Conception

Bay South measuring approximately 33 square metres,

b) permanently close a section of the former Jillings (Gillings) Road in

Conception Bay South measuring approximately 0.7 hectares, and

c) transfer both parcels to the Town of Conception Bay South for the nominal fee

of $1.00, subject to terms and conditions prescribed by the Minister.
