Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit up to $141,400 against its 2015-16 budgetary appropriations to facilitate a contract award for electrical upgrades at Lumsden Academy, in Lumsden, to Industrial Commercial Maintenance Limited.
