Under the authority of section 357 of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a deed of conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the property and assets situate behind civic number 1624-1632 Conception Bay Highway, Seal Cove, in the electoral district of Harbour Main, as more particularly described in the boundary survey on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Myrtle Dowden, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and on the conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
