Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Susan Sullivan, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, and Minister Responsible for the Government Purchasing Agency, with effect from March 12, 2015.
