Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Pike as Acting Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services) with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, effective May 27, 2013, with a 10% increase applied to his current salary, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to May 27, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general increases applicable to Executive to apply.
