Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown land grant comprising an area of land not exceeding 2.3m², as defined in application E-136760, situated in Foxtrap, in the Town of Conception Bay South, to Mr. Greg Butler for the purpose of an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
