Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy 367m² of Crown lands, as defined in application W-140365, adjacent to the waters of Port Saunders, to Mr. Gary Dobbin, for the purpose of an existing boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
