Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown land grant comprising an area of land not exceeding 24m², as defined in application C-143729, adjacent to North Tickle Road, in the Town of Change Islands, to Mr. Melvin Coles for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
