Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to:
 a) close permanently a section of abandoned highway reservation at Lewisporte, delineating an area of 2.8 hectares, as described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission; and
 b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to:
 i) transfer the portion of the abandoned highway reservation, delineating an area of 1.3 hectares, as described in Annex C of the Minister’s Submission, to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs; and
 ii)  sell, lease or dispose of the portion of the abandoned highway reservation, as described in Annex D of the Minister’s Submission, to adjoining landowners, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
