Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize:
a) the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding in the amount of $2,472,300 against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $576,500 in 2015-16; $603,300 in 2016-17; $631,500 in 2017-18; and $661,000 in 2018-19; and
b) the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development to pre-commit funding in the amount of $95,100 against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $22,100 in 2015-16; $23,200 in 2016-17; $24,300 in 2017-18; and, $25,500 in 2018-19,
to facilitate a four-year agreement valued up to $2,567,400 with Environmental Systems Research Institute Canada for Geographic Information System software.
