Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $10,848,600 in 2015-16 and $6,329,293 in 2016-17 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pomerleau Inc. to construct the new Paradise K-6 School.
