Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funding in the amount of $152,200 against its budgetary appropriations for 2015-16, to facilitate the purchase of ammunition from Frontline Outfitters for the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary.
