Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Stephen Balsom as Assistant Deputy Minister (Forestry) in the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, effective March 31, 2015, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1560 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a salary differential, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive.
