Under the authority of subsection 31(2) of the Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim:
a) sections 4(2), 4(4), 4(9), 4(12), 4(13), 5, 7(2), 7(3), 7(4), 9, 10, 11, 12, 13(2), 15, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30(2), and section 26 except section 36.6, of An Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991, into force on March 20, 2015; and
b) sections 1, 2, 3, 4(7), 4(11), 6, 8, 18, and section 26 with respect to section 36.6 only, of An Act to Amend the Pensions Funding Act and the Public Service Pensions Act, 1991, into force on March 31, 2015.
