Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Sandy Collins as the acting Minister Responsible for Early Childhood Development within the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, in addition to his current responsibilities as Minister of Child, Youth and Family Services and as Minister Responsible for the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, effective April 14, 2015.
