Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funding in the amount of $100,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18 to facilitate the award of a contract to Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. for the provision of pharmaceutical services for the Newfoundland and Labrador Correctional Centre for Women.
