Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant to Ms. Ruby Hann, comprising an area not exceeding 60m² situated in Short Reach, Burgeo, for the purpose of a residence as defined in application W-146869, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
