Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to abolish the following vacant and unfunded positions for the purpose of position maintenance by the Human Resource Secretariat, effective immediately:
1) Deputy Minister for Provincial Population Growth Strategy with the Department of Advanced Education and Skills;
2) Assistant Deputy Minister with the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services;
3) Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services) with Department of Education and Early Childhood Development;
4) Associate Deputy Minister with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development;
5) Assistant Deputy Minister (Special Projects) with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development;
6) Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Strategic Planning) with the Office of the Executive Council;
7) Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Program Renewal) with the Office of the Executive Council;
8) Executive Director (Employee Relations) with the Human Resource Secretariat;
9) Executive Director (Employee Services) with the Human Resource Secretariat;
10) Assistant Deputy Minister (Aboriginal Affairs) with the Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs Office;
11) Executive Director with the Office of the Chief Information Officer;
12) Assistant Deputy Minister of the Women’s Policy Office;
13) Senior Advisor with the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador;
