Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:
 a) close permanently two sections of abandoned highway reservation at Marystown, measuring 3010m² and 4082m², as described in Annex B of the Minister's Submission; and
 b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer the two sections of the abandoned highway reservation to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs.
