Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:
 a) close permanently a section of abandoned highway reservation in Portugal Cove-St. Philips, delineating an area of 552.89m², as described in Annex B of the Minister's Submission; and
 b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer the section of the abandoned highway reservation to Mr. Keith Abbott for that consideration and subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe.
