Under the authority of section 23(2) of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a permit to Mr. Joseph Strickland for the erection of a building on the lot described in the survey and property description on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which lot is located in Doyles, in the Electoral District of St. George’s – Stephenville East, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to the issuance of such permits.
