Under the authority of paragraphs 3(p), 4(1)(c) and 4(1)(g) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to expropriate four (4) parcels of land, measuring 7.0221 hectares which form part of the Notre Dame Hospital site in Twillingate, described in Annexes “B”, “C”, “D”, and “E” of the Minister’s Submission, for the consideration and subject to the terms and conditions that the Minister of Transportation and Works may prescribe.
