Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area of 12.4 m² to Ralph Pilgrim, in the Electoral District of Straights-White Bay, for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
