Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant comprising an area not exceeding 136m² at Cross Cove, Moreton's Harbour, to Mr. Raymond Brett for the purpose of a residence as defined in application C-144351, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
