Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding in the amount of $829,700 against its 2016-17 budget appropriations, to facilitate the award of a contract to Puddister Trading Company Limited for the provision of ferry services to William’s Harbour and Norman Bay.
