Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Human Resource Secretariat to pre-commit funding up to a maximum of $75,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2016-2017, for costs associated with hosting the 2016 Ministerial Conference on the Canadian Francophonie in St. John’s.
