Under the authority of subsections 4(2) and 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land to Nalcor Energy not to exceed 24.5 hectares for the purpose of constructing a hydro electric station switch yard in support of hydroelectric generation at Muskrat Falls, Labrador, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
