Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Financial Administration Act and/or the Loan Act, 2015, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is hereby moved to raise a loan upon the credit of the Province for those sums of money for the Consolidated Revenue Fund, not to exceed an aggregate amount of $2,000,000,000, as may be required from time to time by the Minister or Deputy Minister of Finance.
