Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey surplus property measuring 4.233 hectares, situated at Come by Chance, as outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission, to the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs.
