Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey property to the Town Council of the Town of Grand Bank, measuring 1.7718 hectares and described in Annex B of the Minister's Submission, excepting and reserving out land measuring 0.0984 hectares and described in Annex C, and subject to an access easement, a sewer easement and a waterline easement, as outlined and described in Annexes D, E, and F respectively, for those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
