Under the authority of subsection 17(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to settle the debt of The Wilds at Salmonier River Inc. in the amount of $290,000.00 in exchange for the conveyance of eight (8) one acre parcels of land, adjacent to The Wilds golf course, to the Province.
