Mental Health Care and Treatment Act
Under the authority of sections 57 and 58 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, with effect from a current date, for a three-year term:
a) Ms. Lorna Gilbert (Public Interest Representative); and
b) Ms. Ruth Wakeham Peters (Lawyer).
