Under the authority of section 24 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Act and section 16 of the Muskrat Falls Project Land Use and Expropriation Regulations, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Arbitration Panel, for the term specified, effective immediately:
 a) Mr. Gary Peddle, Chairperson, three-year term;
 b) Mr. Robin Cook, Vice-Chairperson, two-year term;
 c) Ms. Jennifer Heffler-Elson, three-year term;
 d) Ms. Gerry Poirier, three-year term;
 e) Ms. Nada Borden, three-year term;
 f) Mr. Edward Fitzgerald, three-year term;
 g) Ms. Ruth Simmons, three-year term;
 h) Mr. Jerry Doyle, three-year term;
 i) Mr. Carl Rose, three-year term; and
 j) Mr. Wally Young, three-year term.
