Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development to pre-commit funds up to $284,000 against its 2016-17 budgetary appropriations to facilitate a contract with MQO Research respecting the Provincial Visitor Exit Survey.
