Under the authority of section 116 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Regulations”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
