Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize:
a) the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to pre-commit $862,400 in 2016/17 and $631,100 in 2017/18, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office and storage space in Corner Brook;
b) Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit $120,700 in each of 2016/17 and 2017/18, and $102,500 in 2018/19 against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Mount Pearl; and
c) the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit $30,000 in each of 2016/17 and 2017/18 and $20,100 in 2018/19 against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
