Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to renew the following leases for an additional five-year term with Carlyle Holdings Inc. (formerly RAM Venture Properties Ltd.):
a) 2,727 square feet of office space, occupied by the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency and located at the Carlyle Building, Carbonear, at an annual lease rate of $54,321, plus HST;
b) 1,198 square feet of office space, occupied by the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and located at the Carlyle Building, Carbonear, at an annual lease rate of $23,864 plus HST; and
c) 1,777 square feet of office space, occupied by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and located at the Carlyle Building, Carbonear, at an annual lease rate of $35,397 plus HST.
