Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize:
a) The Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to pre-commit $54,400 in each of 2016/17,  2017/18, and 2018/19, and $45,500 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Carbonear;
b) The Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit $23,900 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $20,000 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Carbonear; and
c) The Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit $35,400 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $29,600 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Carbonear.
