Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize:
a) The Department of Finance to pre-commit $50,000 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19 and $29,900 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Grand Falls-Windsor for a five-year term;
b) The Department of Advanced Education and Skills to pre-commit $163,800 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $159,800 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Happy Valley-Goose Bay for a five-year term;
c) The Department of Advanced Education and Skills to pre-commit $282,600 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $235,500 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Mount Pearl for a five-year term;
d) Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit $126,500 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $105,700 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Marystown for a five-year term;
e) The Department of Child, Youth and Family Services to pre-commit $6,800 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease a residence in Hopedale for a one-year term;
f) Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit $158,300 in each of 2016/17, 2017/18, and 2018/19, and $53,000 in 2019/20, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease office space in Harbour Grace for a five-year term;
g) The Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $1,000 in 2016/17, against its budgetary appropriations, to lease storage space in Clarenville for a one-year term; and
h) The Department of Advanced Education and Skills to pre-commit $21,100 against its 2016/17 budgetary appropriations to lease office space in Wabush for a one-year term.
