Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 7 of the Housing Corporation Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. John Ottenheimer as Member, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, effective July 27, 2015, under the terms and conditions of a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
