Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds in the amount of $454,000 against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $227,000 in 2016-17; and $227,000 in 2017-18, to facilitate a three-year agreement valued at $681,000 with Hewlett Packard for TRIM support and maintenance.
